Level up those artistic skills! In this journey, learners will dive into advanced art skills that will elevate their artistic practice. They’ll explore conceptual ideas, sharpen their observational skills, tackle creative challenges, and utilize the Elements of Art and the Principles of Design to create unique compositions. At LOLART we foster a collaborative environment where learners are free to experiment with art and celebrate their unique voices and perspectives. With these skills up their sleeves, there’s no limit to what they can achieve.

What to Expect

Get ready to hang some masterpieces! Each term, we will be working on 3-4 projects including a big project (acrylic painting and/or clay sculpting). Each project has a theme and everyone is encouraged to develop their own story within the theme to garner a personal connection to their artwork. In each lesson, students will build on their pre-existing/learned concepts to create their masterpieces.
