If my child is between two levels, which level should I register for?

Depending on the student's background, we often recommend beginning with the lower level so that the student does not become frustrated in a class that is too challenging. If they progress quickly, they may move up to the next level. This way, the student will feel more comfortable and gain more confidence.

4

Am I guaranteed a spot in a class if I have attended it earlier?

We're sorry, we can't reserve spots for previous students. All students must re-register as their session comes to an end. To be the first to know about our registration, sign up for our newsletter!

What is the maximum number of students in one class?

We like to keep our classes small to make sure each student gets personalized attention.

Littlest Lolart: 4 students

Art & Giggle, Proudness, and Achievement: 8 students*

Portfolio: 4 students

Clay: 4 students

Absolutely! Classes are ongoing and you may register at any time at a pro-rated fee for. Since classes are ongoing, we want to make sure you don't enrol while the class is in the middle of a project. This is why we ask that you contact our teachers first so they can recommend an ideal start date. Here is our Contact Information.

Are there free trials for new students?

Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials. However, after registration, students have the option to withdraw before their third class starts. A written notice to account@lolart.ca must be sent prior to the third class to qualify for a prorated refund. For more information about our refund, please click here.

4

Can I get a make-up class or a refund for missing a class?

Life happens, we understand! While we do not offer refunds for missed classes, we do offer make-up classes for cancellations with at least 24 hours advance written notice. There is a limit of 2 make-u classes per term, this limit does not include classes cancelled by the school.

Make-up classes must be completed before the end of term and cannot be carried over to the next term. To keep up with the lesson, it is recommended to schedule to make-up class within the same week and with the same teacher, if possible.

5

What happens if classes are cancelled?

For classes cancelled by the school (inclement weather, teacher absence, etc.), a make-up class will be scheduled. We will do our best to work with your schedule, however, if the available make-up class times do not fit your schedule, the make-up class can be used as a credit towards your next registration
